TLJ Series Tantalum Solid Electrolytic Chip Capacitors - High CV Consumer Series QUALIFICATION TABLE – CATEGORY 1 TLJ series (Temperature range -55ºC to +125ºC) TEST Condition Characteristics Apply rated voltage (Ur) at 40ºC and / or category Visual examination no visible damage voltage (Uc) at 85ºC for 2000 hours through a DCL 2 x initial limit Endurance circuit impedance of ≤0.1Ω/V. Stabilize at room ΔC/C within ±10% of initial value temperature for 1-2 hours before measuring. ESR 1.25 x initial limit Store at 65ºC and 90-95% relative humidity for Visual examination no visible damage 500 hours, with no applied voltage. Stabilize at DCL 2 x initial limit Humidity room temperature and humidity for 1-2 hours ΔC/C within ±10% of initial value before measuring.
