The TLC2272 and TLC2274 are dual and quadruple operational amplifiers from Texas Instruments. Both MaximumPeak-to-PeakOutputVoltagevs devices exhibit rail-to-rail output performance for SupplyVoltage increased dynamic range in single- or split-supply applications. The TLC227x family offers 2 MHz of V 16 − bandwidth and 3 V/μs of slew rate for higher-speed e TA= 25°C g applications. These devices offer comparable AC olta 14 performance while having better noise, input offset V voltage, and power dissipation than existing CMOS ut p operational amplifiers. The TLC227x has a noise Out 12 voltage of 9 nV/√Hz, two times lower than competitive k IO=±50µA a solutions. e P o- 10 The TLC227x family of devices, exhibiting high input k-t impedanceandlownoise,isexcellentforsmall-signal a e conditioning for high-impedance sources such as P IO=±500µA m 8 piezoelectric transducers. Because of the micropower u m dissipation levels, these devices work well in hand- xi held monitoring and remote-sensing applications. In Ma 6 addition, the rail-to-rail output feature, with single- or − split-supplies, makes this family a great choice when P)P) PP interfacing with analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). V(VOO( 4 For precision applications, the TLC227xA family is 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 available with a maximum input offset voltage of |VDD±|−SupplyVoltage−V 950 μV. This family is fully characterized at 5 V and ±5V. 1 An IMPORTANT NOTICE at the end of this data sheet addresses availability, warranty, changes, use in safety-critical applications, intellectualpropertymattersandotherimportantdisclaimers.PRODUCTIONDATA.

PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM www.ti.com 6-Feb-2020 (2) RoHS: TI defines "RoHS" to mean semiconductor products that are compliant with the current EU RoHS requirements for all 10 RoHS substances, including the requirement that RoHS substance do not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials. Where designed to be soldered at high temperatures, "RoHS" products are suitable for use in specified lead-free processes. TI may reference these types of products as "Pb-Free". RoHS Exempt: TI defines "RoHS Exempt" to mean products that contain lead but are compliant with EU RoHS pursuant to a specific EU RoHS exemption. Green: TI defines "Green" to mean the content of Chlorine (Cl) and Bromine (Br) based flame retardants meet JS709B low halogen requirements of <=1000ppm threshold. Antimony trioxide based flame retardants must also meet the <=1000ppm threshold requirement. (3) MSL, Peak Temp. - The Moisture Sensitivity Level rating according to the JEDEC industry standard classifications, and peak solder temperature. (4) There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device. (5) Multiple Device Markings will be inside parentheses. Only one Device Marking contained in parentheses and separated by a "~" will appear on a device. If a line is indented then it is a continuation of the previous line and the two combined represent the entire Device Marking for that device. (6) Lead/Ball Finish - Orderable Devices may have multiple material finish options. Finish options are separated by a vertical ruled line. Lead/Ball Finish values may wrap to two lines if the finish value exceeds the maximum column width.
