During transient conditions, the steering diodes direct the transient current to ground. The Mechanical Characteristics internal TVS diode clamps the transient voltage to a (cid:139) JEDEC SOT-23 6L package safe level. The RClamp0524S has a low maximum (cid:139) Molding compound flammability rating: UL 94V-0 capacitance of only 5pF per line. Each device will (cid:139) Marking : S05 protect up to four data lines.
