Series PVT412APbF Microelectronic Power IC ® HEXFET Power MOSFET Photovoltaic Relay Single Pole, Normally Open, 0-400V, 240mA AC / 360mA DC General Description Features The PVT412A Series Photovoltaic Relay is a single- (cid:131) HEXFET Power MOSFET output pole, normally open solid-state relay that can replace (cid:131) Bounce-free operation electromechanical relays in many applications. It (cid:131) 4,000 V I/O isolation utilizes International Rectifier’s proprietary HEXFET RMS (cid:131) Very low on-resistance (R ) power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by an DD-ON integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel (cid:131) Linear AC/DC operation construction. The output switch is controlled by (cid:131) Solid-State Reliability radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) (cid:131) UL Recognized which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic (cid:131) ESD Tolerance: generator. 4000V Human Body Model These SSRs are specifically designed for industrial 500V Machine Model control and peripheral telecom applications. Series PVT412A Relays are packaged in a 6-lead molded DIP package with either thru-hole or surface mount (‘gull-wing’) terminals. It is available in standard plastic shipping tubes or on tape-and-reel. Please refer to part identification information .
