The wide receiving angle (130°) of the OP593 and OP793 series devices provides rela(cid:415)vely even recep(cid:415)on over a large area. The narrow receiving angle (25°) of the OP598 and OP798 series devices provides a rela(cid:415)vely small recep(cid:415)on area. These devices are 100% produc(cid:415)on tested using infrared light for close correla(cid:415)on with OPTEK’s GaAs and GaAIAs emi(cid:425)ers.
