MC33269, NCV33269 Voltage Regulator - Adjustable Output, Low Dropout 800 mA http://onsemi.com The MC33269/NCV33269 series are low dropout, medium current, fixed and adjustable, positive voltage regulators specifically designed SO−8 for use in low input voltage applications. These devices offer the 8 D SUFFIX circuit designer an economical solution for precision voltage 1 CASE 751 regulation, while keeping power losses to a minimum.
