This device provides a small signal & conversion gain of 9 dB with a noise figure of 3.0 dB S and 18 dB of image rejection across the frequency M band. The HMC571LC5 utilizes an LNA followed by R an image reject mixer which is driven by an active x2 I multiplier. The image reject mixer eliminates the need , for a filter following the LNA, and removes thermal S R noise at the image frequency. I and Q mixer outputs E are provided and an external 90° hybrid is needed to X select the required sideband. M S 2, 4 - 6, 8, 9, No connection required. These pins may be connected 12 - 18, 21, 22, N/C - 25 - 28, 31, 32 to RF/DC ground without affecting performance.
