ESDAxxSCx Quad Transil™ array for ESD protection Datasheet - production data Description The ESDAxxSC5 and ESDAxxSC6 are monolithic voltage suppressors designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. SOT23-5L (SC-59) SOT23-6L (SC-59) They clamp the voltage just above the logic level ESDAxxSC5 ESDAxxSC6 supply for positive transients, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transient.
